It utilizes advanced UV and IR sensor technology to rapidly detect fire signatures, with a detection time as fast as 5 milliseconds for fireballs or explosions.The Spyglass SG50 – UV/IR Optimal Flame Detector model is optimized specifically for hydrocarbon fires, such as those involving methane, fuels, and solvents. It shares the same high sensitivity and fast response as the standard SG50-F-UV-IR but is tailored for hydrocarbon fire detection.Both the SG50-F-UV-IR and SG50-F-UV-IR-F models are available with an optional built-in video camera, offering either colour (RGB) or near-infrared video output for visual verification of fire events.
